1. All bookings require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking, this will be deducted from your appointment on the day. Deposit(s) will be forfeited if cancellation is made within 24hours of the booking and any cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment or failure to attend the appointment will be liable for 100% of the appointment fee, which will need to be paid before any further appointments can be made. If you are sick/unable to attend please let us know ASAP so we can reschedule your appointment to another date, no refunds will be provided.
  2. Due to the high demand for weekend appointments, all Saturday and Sunday bookings must be paid for in full either at the time of booking or at least 7 days prior to the appointment date (whichever is the later).
  3. A $15 per person surcharge applies to all Sunday bookings.
  4. Deposit is non refundable. Dates can be changed with a minimum 24 hours notice. Please note that all reschedules need to be made during the hours of 10am and 4pm Tuesday – Saturday atleast 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
  5. If you are more than 10 minutes late, please advise us ASAP- your service may need to be changed or cancelled if we do not have sufficient time to complete the treatment.
  6. If you are more than 15 minutes late a surcharge of $12.50 per person may be applied per quarter of an hour that you are late.
  7. If your appointment must be changed or cancelled, you will be liable for the full-service fee of the original booked appointment if the correct notice period is not provided. with regards to these terms and conditions we do take into consideration extreme circumstances, at our discretion.
  8. Children in the salon: we understand the struggle for mums with babies/little ones. However, we also need to be mindful that our clinic is a place where others come to relax. Please be courteous of our request not to bring children into our clinic.
  9. The degree of whiteness achieved will vary from person to person, depending on the structure of the teeth, the cause of the discolouration, and the whitening treatment/protocol undertaken. Although significant whitening results can be achieved in most cases, we cannot guarantee the whitening result you will obtain.
  10. All teeth will not whiten the same. Yellow stained teeth general tend to whiten better than grey or tetracycline (antibiotic) stained teeth. In some instances, teeth whitening may result in a blotchy or streaky appearance to the tooth surface and the whitening may not be uniform giving the teeth a banded appearance. In most cases this will fade with more whitening or become less obvious several days/weeks after the whitening treatment has ceased. Whitening fades with time and any unexpected results may be irreversible. The Teeth Whitener is not the manufacturer of the products used in the clinic.

  12. You cannot receive teeth whitening treatments if you are currently be taking photoreactive drugs or any of the following medication:
    Chlorthiazide, Hydrochlorothiazide, Chlorthalidone, Naprosyn, Oxaprozin, Nabumetone , Pirozicam, Doxycycline, Ciprfloxacin, Ofloxacin, Psoralens, Democlocyline, Norfloxacin, Sparfloxacin, Sulindac, Tetracycline, St. John’s Wart, Isotretinoin, Tretinoin
